1. What are your shipping rates and delivery policies?
At HDIS Healthcare we now offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders to the Continental U.S.! Only a small, flat $1.95 order charge will apply, regardless of the value of your ground-shipped order. Please note: the $1.95 order charge applies only in the Continental U.S. for ground shipments. Additional charges will apply for certain oversized items (as noted in the product description) - please call 1-877-269-4663 for details. With Standard Ground Shipping, the delivery person will bring the box to your home. This will either be to your front door, or to your curb, depending upon your location. Shipping Policy In order to better serve you, we offer two shipping methods – Standard Ground (arrives to you within 5-12 business days) and Express delivery (arrives to you within 2-3 business days). Orders normally leave our warehouse within 48 hours from order placement and will only be shipped to addresses within the 48 contiguous United Sates. Standard and Express Deliveries must use a street address (no P.O. Boxes). Orders placed between Friday 3pm CT and Sunday will not be processed until Monday. All shipping times apply to in-stock items.
Standard Shipping For most parts of the country, you will receive your order within 5 to 12 business days from the time we receive it. Most orders ship via UPS. You must use a street address for Standard Shipping (no P.O. Boxes).
Express Shipping We offer Express Delivery to orders within the continental U.S. Express Shipping is not available on some over-sized/weight items, drop-ship items (shipped directly from the manufacturer). You must use a street address for Express Delivery (no P.O. Boxes). Express Shipping will generally deliver your order within 2-3 business days - please call 1-877-269-4663 for more information or to request Express Shipping on an order.
2. How do I return an item to HDIS Healthcare?
If you need to make a return, simply include a copy of your original packing slip/receipt. If you no longer have your packing slip/receipt, just return the merchandise, enclosing your name, address, and phone number, and we will promptly refund your merchandise purchase price. Please note: For our customer's and employee's safety, sanitary items such as bathroom safety products and opened incontinence items are not eligible for return. 3. What forms of payment will you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you would rather pay by personal check, simply total your order using our on-line shopping cart, print it out and mail it to:

4. Are your products guaranteed?
Yes, we stand behind every item we sell. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a product, you may return it within 60 days of purchase for a prompt refund of the merchandise cost. All returns must be in original condition, unused, with all original, undamaged packaging. All parts, manuals, instructions, and packaging accessories must be included. Due to regulations, Bathroom Safety items and open Incontinence packages are not eligible for return. Special Returns Policy for Lift Chairs, Power Scooters, Power Wheelchairs and Hospital/Adjustable Beds. If you experience any problems or are unsatisfied with the performance of one of these products, simply call us toll-free at 1-877-269-4663 and we will make it right for you with an in-home service, exchange, or refund – which ever is the most fair and reasonable solution for you. If you simply change your mind and want to return one of these items, a 20% restocking fee and a $100 return shipping fee will apply. Due to state laws, mattresses are non-returnable. 5. Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to charge sales tax for deliveries within Missouri. There is no sales tax to deliveries outside of Missouri. Sales Tax will be correctly calculated when using our on-line shopping cart.
6. How does your "Lowest Prices Guarantee" work?
You will always find the low price at HDIS Healthcare. We’re so confident, that we guarantee the lowest price on identical items. If you find the exact same product at a lower printed advertised price (including delivery costs), we’ll beat it! Simply send us a copy of the printed advertisement (Internet web pages not accepted) for price verification purposes. Please be aware that HDIS Healthcare is not responsible for typographical errors on this website, and that prices and policies are subject to change without prior notice. Thank you for your cooperation. 7. Will you accept payment from Medicaid, Medicare or my health insurance?
State Medicaid billing is available in some states; Medicare and/or Insurance Billing may be available for certain products. Please call 1-800-367-8360 for more information. 8. Can I order items that require a prescription? Yes, if you have a prescription for the item. If we have your current prescription on file, we will fulfill your order without delay. If you are a first-time customer or if we do not have a prescription on file the item(s) you are purchasing, please e-mail us at customerservice@hdishealthcare.com with your physician’s name and phone number, and we will obtain the prescription for you.
9. Is your site secure? Yes, ordering from HDIS Healthcare is private and secure. We use the most advanced technology available, Secure Socket Layer (SSL), to ensure security. Your credit card is encrypted as soon as the number is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. For additional security, only the last five numbers of your credit card will be displayed on the screen.
