1. What are your shipping rates and delivery policies?
For standard UPS ground delivery, our shipping rates are as follows:
Merchandise Amount Shipping Cost Up to $25.00: $5.95 $25.01 - $35.00: $6.95 $35.01 - $50.00: $7.95 $50.01 - $60.00: $8.95 $60.01 - $75.00: $10.95 $75.01 - $100.00 $12.95 Over $100.00: $14.95 FREE Shipping on all Scooters, Lift Chairs, Power Wheelchairs, Hospital Beds, and Adjustable Beds.
Shipping Policy In order to better serve you, we offer two shipping methods – Standard Ground (arrives to you within 10-12 business days) and Express delivery (arrives to you within 3-4 business days). Express Delivery adds $16.95 to the Standard delivery cost. Orders normally leave our warehouse within 48 hours from order placement and will only be shipped to addresses within the 48 contiguous United Sates. Express Deliveries must use a street address (no APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Boxes). Orders placed between Friday, 12 noon PST and Sunday will not be processed until Monday. All shipping times apply to in-stock items.
Standard Delivery For most parts of the country, you will receive your order within 10 to 12 business days from the time we receive it. Most orders ship UPS or U.S. Postal Service.
Express Delivery We offer Express Delivery to orders within the continental U.S. Express Delivery is not available on some over-sized/weight items, drop-ship items (shipped directly from the manufacturer). You must use a street address for Express Delivery (no APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Boxes).
2. How can I check the status of my order on the web site?
By clicking on the "Order Status" button on the Home Page, you can quickly and easily check the status of your order at any time. Orders may not appear in the "Order Status" area for up to an hour after ordering.
3. How do I return an item to Best Buy Healthcare?
If you need to make a return, simply include a copy of your original packing slip/receipt. If you no longer have your packing slip/receipt, just return the merchandise, enclosing your name, address, and phone number, and we will promptly refund your merchandise purchase price. Please note: For our customer's and employee's safety, sanitary items such as bathroom safety products and opened incontinence items are not eligible for return. 4. What forms of payment will you accept?

5. Are your products guaranteed?
Yes, we stand behind every item we sell. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a product, you may return it within 45 days of purchase for a prompt refund of the merchandise cost. All returns must be in original condition, unused, with all original, undamaged packaging. All parts, manuals, instructions, and packaging accessories must be included. Due to regulations, Bathroom safety items and open incontinence packages are not eligible for return. Special Returns Policy for Lift Chairs, Power Scooters, Power Wheelchairs and Hospital/Adjustable Beds. We guarantee your satisfaction, and stand behind every Lift Chair, Power Scooter, Power Wheelchair and Hospital/Adjustable Bed we sell. We carry only the highest quality name-brand products from top manufacturers. These items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and are all covered by “best-in-the-industry” manufacturer warranties. When you receive one of these items, go over it carefully with the delivery personnel. In the unlikely event that the item is received damaged or defective, refuse the delivery and call us toll-free at 1-800-603-7366. A new item will be shipped to you right away. If you experience any problems or are unsatisfied with the performance of one of these products, simply call us toll-free at 1-800-603-7366 and we will make it right for you with an in-home service, exchange, or refund – which ever is the most fair and reasonable solution for you. If you simply change your mind and want to return one of these items, a 20% restocking fee and a $100 return shipping fee will apply. Due to state laws, mattresses are non-returnable. 6. Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to charge sales tax for deliveries within California. There is no sales tax to deliveries outside of California. Sales Tax will be correctly calculated when using our on-line shopping cart.
7. How does your "Lowest Prices Guarantee" work?
You will always find the low price at Best Buy Healthcare. We’re so confident, that we guarantee the lowest price on identical items. If you find the exact same product at a lower printed advertised price, we’ll beat it! Simply send us a copy of the printed advertisement (Internet web page advertisements not accepted) for price verification purposes.
8. Will you accept my insurance as payment for my orders?
No, we do not bill any insurance for payment of products. Our low prices apply only to customers who make payment at the time of purchase. However, your insurance provider may reimburse you directly for your purchases, and you may use your purchase receipt from us in this process. Please check with your insurance company for their policies and procedures.
9. Can I order items that require a prescription?
Yes, if you have a prescription for the item. If we have your current prescription on file, we will fulfill your order without delay. If you are a first-time customer or if we do not have a prescription on file the item(s) you are purchasing, please e-mail us at customerservice@bestbuyhealthcare.com with your physician’s name and phone number, and we will obtain the prescription for you.
10. Is your site secure?
Yes, ordering from Best Buy Healthcare is private and secure. We use the most advanced technology available, Secure Socket Layer (SSL), to ensure security. Your credit card is encrypted as soon as the number is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. For additional security, only the last five numbers of your credit card will be displayed on the screen.
